Mark D. Toljanic

Mark D. Toljanic received a B.S. degree with distinction from Indiana University in 1983 and a J.D. degree from the University of Michigan School of Law in 1986. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He has been with the firm of Martin, Craig, Chester & Sonnenschein since 1988, and a Partner since 1994. He practices in the area of general business law and income tax; representing individuals, closely-held businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He has also served as the Village Prosecutor for the Village of LaGrange Park since 1993. He is active in community affairs and was elected as a Village Trustee in the Village of Arlington Heights in April of 1999. He served on the Arlington Heights Environmental Control Commission from 1996 to 1999 and the United Way of Arlington Heights Board of Directors from 1997 to 2000, where he also served as Assistant Treasurer. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Arlington Heights Youth Athletic Association and as the Vice President and Director of Baseball from 1993 to 2004. He is a member of the Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations. Born in Warner Robins, Georgia in 1961, he resides in Arlington Heights with his wife and children.
